Villagers in Muzerengani which falls under my jurisdiction were left tongue-tied after one of the villagers Handy Ngwenya caught his wife Emily Ncube having sex with her biological brother Charles Ncube in their kitchen hut. He said when he summoned Emily and her brother Charles to his traditional court they all pleaded guilty to having sexual intercourse within a prohibited degree of relationship adding that he had since fined them a beast each for putting the name of his area into disrepute. What happened on the night in question is that both Charles and Ngwenya were drinking beer at one of the homesteads in the village.
