I have never had any bowel issues before in my life. Description:I am almost completely cured and I want to share my experience with everyone here. I hope that some of what I have to share will be helpful because I know how difficult leading a normal life can become for someone suffering from an anal fissure. It was quite painful and was accompanied by anal bleeding you may notice blood dripping into the toilet bowl, or your stool will be smeared with blood, or your tissue will be stained with blood. This was after 3—4 days of constipation. Constipation can be caused by eating food that contains no dietary fibre, or not drinking enough water and not getting enough activity no walking, no running, very minimal movement and sitting for long periods. I was unable to sit in one place because of the pain.
